Virtual Meeting Protocols

Note: In order to streamline our workshops and meetings, all members should make an effort to comply with these protocols.

1. 9:45-10:00 Log into Zoom (with beverage and snack if you like!)

2. 10:00 to 10:20 Welcome, greetings and announcements

3. 10:20 to 11:30 Prerecorded videos of demonstrations or lessons provided by Ikebana International North and Central American Region

4. 11:30-1200 Questions comments and reminders

5. 12:00 Sign off

Please be familiar with the location of the "Mute" button to turn off your audio so that background noise from your location does not interfere with the presention.

Physical Meeting Protocols

Note: In order to streamline our workshops and meetings, all members should make an effort to comply with these protocols.

1. 9:30-10:00  Bring in supplies and enjoy refreshments

2. If arriving after 10:00, enter quietly.  Leave supplies in car or at the door and find a seat near the back.

3. Cell phones should be off by 10:00

4. A short business meeting will occur at 10:00.  It is important for all members to be present so that we can keep our club functioning.

5. The program will begin immediately following the business meeting.

6. Give full attention and respect to the presenter.  Refrain from talking or moving around the room during this time. This is a time to watch and learn.

7.  Please wait until the end of the presentation to take photos, except those that can be taken quietly from your seat.

8.  Most presentations will be followed by an opportunity to practice.  Everyone is encouraged to participate.

9.  Finish up and clean up between 12 and 12:30.
